Shipping

Rates

Free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more. Orders under $75 ship for a flat $5.95. The rate is calculated on your total after discounts.

Where we ship

United States only, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 8–15 business days after dispatch. The Studio Duffle ships separately from a US warehouse and usually arrives in 3–6 business days.

Orders containing several pieces may arrive in separate parcels at different times, at no extra cost.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement — this is normal and usually means the parcel has not been scanned yet.

Addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. We ship to the address entered and cannot redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at your cost, or refunded less the original shipping and a $6 handling fee.

Lost, stolen and delayed parcels

Once tracking shows a parcel as delivered, we are not responsible for loss or theft unless Shipping Protection was added to the order. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch and tracking does not show it as delivered, contact us and we will reship it or refund it in full.

Shipping Protection

Optional at checkout for $4.99. It covers loss, theft and damage in transit. Claims must be emailed to info@velourasport.com within 7 days of the delivered date (or within 30 days of dispatch if the parcel never arrives), with your order number and photos of any damage and the packaging. One claim per order. We replace the affected items; if an item is out of stock we refund it instead. Shipping Protection itself is non-refundable.
