Our story

Nothing printed. Nothing shouted.

Veloura started with a small irritation: almost every piece of activewear on the market is a billboard. A logo on the hip. A wordmark down the waistband. A season you can date from across the room.

We wanted the opposite — clothes that look like the rest of a wardrobe rather than a sponsorship. So we make seamless pieces in a short run of quiet, earthy colours, with nothing printed on them at all. What is left is the cut, the knit, and the colour, which is what you were choosing between anyway.

How we think about fit

Our knit is cut close and stretches a long way, which makes sizing easy to get wrong. So we publish real body measurements rather than a vague chart, and we say plainly when something runs small. Ask us before you order and we will tell you honestly which size to take.

A quiet palette, on purpose

Ink, Bone, Shell, Oat, Butter, Stone, Slate, Clay, Umber, Moss and Sage. They work together, they work with what you already own, and they do not go out of date in April.

Who we make it for

Women who train several times a week and would rather own six pieces they reach for than twenty they do not. If that is you, the edit is small on purpose.
